Distributed Robust Secondary Control Strategy for AC Microgrids With Bounded Disturbances

In AC microgrids, distributed generators (DGs) play an important role in energy conversion. The distributed secondary control method not only needs that the frequency of all DG units converge to the reference information, but also satisfies the overall control objective of active power sharing, simultaneously. However, under the influence of external bounded disturbances and some uncertain factors, the insufficiency of anti-disturbances ability has always been a pain point. Therefore, a distributed robust secondary control strategy with exponential consensus speed is designed, which can effectively resist bounded disturbances and realize fast exponential convergence. Lastly, the effectiveness of the control algorithm is validated through simulations of multiple scenarios, and the advancement is demonstrated by comparing it with the classic method.
