Intelligent target heating curve generating method and its application for annular heating furnaces

This paper proposes a method for generating a target rod-billet heating curve of heating furnace. The temperature field model is used in the heating furnace thermal field to establish an offline rule editor, which transforms the currently applied heating system into a target rod-billet heating trajectory with the horizontal axis as the position. By this generating curve guide, an optimized temperature control system is designed and applied to an annular heating furnace. The operating action saves resources in production applications and obtains a good temperature control effect by controlling and optimizing the heating furnace target heating process of the rod-billet.
