Design and Development of a Corn Harvester Spray-duct Following Model System Based on Arduino Technolog

The spray-duct device represents one of the major components of the corn harvester for harvesting operations, whereas the control of the spray-duct angle constitutes the primary challenge for accomplishing this task. At present, the majority of the existing impurity removal devices or grain output spray-ducts in large harvesters cannot be easily adjusted, while for those adjustable ones, the accuracy of the spray-ducts is limited with relatively low utilization of human resources, which fails to satisfy the intelligent development of agricultural machinery at this stage. In this paper, the Arduino control function is applied to realize the control over the spray-duct model. In this system, an integrated design is carried out involving camera module, servo control module, ultrasonic module, Beidou navigation module and software part, with a view to achieving multi-directional control of the spray-duct.
