Cardioprotection study of Panacis Quinquefolii Radix based on grey relational analysis

In this article, the grey relational analysis method was used to identity the key components of Panacis Quinquefolii Radix for cardioprotection by in vivo zebrafish models. 34 components with effect on cardioprotection were ranked by calculating grey relational grades. In addition, a comparison of grey relational analysis and correlation coefficient methods implies that the former is more reliable for this research.
