Role of Teacher Training Based on School-enterprise Cooperation in Artificial Intelligence Specialty

Artificial intelligence is leading a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial change. It is one of the current hot disciplines. As a talent training base, the goal of colleges and universities is to cultivate a group of excellent artificial intelligence professionals for society and industry. College teachers, as the trainers of talents, can better transport talents for the society only by constantly strengthening their professional quality. Therefore, this paper proposes that schools and enterprises cooperate to carry out teacher training in the direction of artificial intelligence, and back feed teachers' relevant scientific research to teaching. It is mainly a speech fatigue detection project based on BLSTM deep learning, so as to better carry out talent training.
