Maximum Power Tracking Control Of Self Excited Induction Generator By Using Artificial Neural Network

SEIG wind turbines are utilised to compel a novel MPT approach… An MPT carries the wind-WTGs along with the permanent-magnet synchronous generator (PMSG), 3- full-bridge rectifier, buck-boost converter and load in this paper. The SEIG powers the wind generator. An Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method to MPT is described in detail in this article. To regulate the DC-DC boost converter, the suggested method uses an artificial neural network (ANN) to estimate the price of MPT for a variety of wind speed values. In light of the SEIG WTGs temporary behaviour under exceptional working conditions, the results were confirmed. The simulation results proved that the proposed control methods Perturb and Observe (P&O) and ANN were effective and robust. ANN outperforms P&O in terms of results.
