Analysis of Network IDS using Data Analysis tool With Python

Intrusion detection systems (IDSs) help us to monitor the network and identify the malicious activities that occur on the network. IDSs help to secure the network by analyzing the network traffic information. These days various machine learning algorithms are used to detect network attacks. In this paper, we analyzed the network traffic using machine learning approaches. In the end, some classifications include Detection rate, false-positive rate, and the average cost for misclassification. The main purpose of this paper is to detect the attacks on the network and finally to develop a tool that helps to detect and prevent the network from the various malicious intruder.
