Experimental Performance Analysis of The Effect of Nano Particles on Computer Controlled Infusion Type MQL Grinding Process

With the expansion of innovation practices, design and development of improved quality products requires advanced surface finishing procedures. Thus for achieving this high quality surface finish, aftermath of processes such as grinding etc. are performed, which eventually result in rising the temperature at work piece-tool interactions, deteriorating the quality of product produced. In the present work, study has been made to explore the surface roughness of Computer Controlled infusion type Minimum Quantity Lubrication (MQL) grinding of AISI-52100 alloy steel. Superior results have been taken from the MQL grinding with nanoparticles of Al2O
3
alongside using vegetables oil under different parameters.
