State Monitoring of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment for Offshore Platform Based on PHM

Aiming at the problems such as poor environment and difficulty in maintenance and support of mechanical and electrical equipment in long-term continuous operation for offshore platform, common fault mechanism and key monitoring parameters are analyzed based on the theoretical methods of PHM (Prognostic and Health Management), this paper takes electric motors as an example. The monitoring system model and multi-source data processing flow were constructed based on online monitoring to obtain characteristic parameters. The methods of health grade classification and the process of health assessment and diagnosis were proposed. This paper has important application value to improve the reliability and safety of Marine electromechanical equipment and reduce the failure rate.
