Simulation of One Aircraft Fuel Supply System Based on AMESim

In order to research the operating status of the aircraft fuel supply system and realize its component-level fault simulation, the paper establishes an aircraft fuel supply system simulation model based on AMESim modeling simulation technology, and performs component-level fault injection to the model. The model built simulates the normal working conditions of the fuel supply system, and obtains the fuel quality, temperature and pressure changes of each fuel tank. The simulation result shows that the model can effectively simulate the working conditions of the aircraft fuel supply system, which validates authenticity and effectiveness of the model built. Through component-level fault injection of key components such as fuel supply booster pump, transmission valve, fuel tank, etc., the article simulates and analyzes the impact of different component-level failure modes on the fuel supply system, and the result shows that the adopted fault injection method realizes the modeling and simulation of the component-level fault types on the aircraft fuel supply system. The research in this paper provides a valuable reference for the analysis of aircraft fuel system performance and the modelling simulation of component-level fault types.
