Health and Disease Prognosis System using Machine Learning

People are facing various health complications now-a-days due to varied environmental conditions and life styles. Due to busy lifestyles, people aren't visiting hospitals, which might possibly lead to deterioration of their health. This web based flask application have complete information about the doctors to assist the people. The admin manages the patients, doctors, appointments and feedbacks which are provided by doctors and patients. Patient gives the symptoms as input and the system examines these symptoms to analyze the occurrence of disease associated with the symptoms and provides the result using machine learning techniques. For prediction of diseases, different machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Naive Bayes, Logistic Regression, Support Vector Machine, K-Nearest Neighbors, Decision Tree and Gradient Boosting are compared to predict in an efficacious manner with better accuracy. The best accuracy model is saved for disease prediction. This system is especially used for early prediction of disease. So that people can have better understanding of their health condition and consult the doctor through online appointment booking.
