Information Fusion Center For Uncertain Environment

It is necessary to introduce the idea of information fusion to construct MIS in the uncertain environment. In order to overcome the deficiency of the traditional information fusion technology in the uncertain situation, this paper proposes a new MIS model — Information Fusion Center(IFC). Based on the definition of the role of the IFC in the process of information integration, the system framework which shows the characteristics of agility are elaborated in detail.
