Architecture of control system of automobile inspection line based on CAN bus

In recent years, with the development of automobile inspection technology in China, automobile inspection line has become quite common. Generally, the automobile inspection line is composed of several computers connected to each other, each computer controls a station, and finally, the main control computer gives the inspection results. CAN (Control Area Network) bus is a serial communication network with distributed control, and it is also a non-destructive bus arbitration technology that can receive multiple data messages. Nodes with high priority will send data messages first, while nodes with low priority will stop transmitting. This paper puts forward the scheme of architecture reform of control system of automobile inspection line based on CAN bus. Practice shows that the computer control system of automobile automatic inspection line can realize automobile inspection with high reliability and low cost.
