Metamaterial Based RF Sources

We present our current progress towards the development of novel RF sources that utilize low loss, dispersion engineered, artificial materials. The frequency dispersive artificial media were designed to reduce EM wave propagation to approximately 0.2 c, facilitating interaction with a 20 keV electron beam.
