Optimization of Synthesis Conditions of Cu2ZnSn(SexS1-x)4 Nanocrystals for Use in Flexible Electronic Devices

In the present work, the solid solutions of Cu
2
ZnSn(S
x
Se
1-x
)
4
nanocrystals were synthesized by the polyol method. The chemical composition, structural and optical properties of nanocrystals were studied using energy-dispersive X-ray analysis, XRD measurements, Raman spectrometry, and low-temperature photoluminescence, depending on the sulfur and selenium content in the precursors. It was found that changing the concentration of S and Se atoms in the precursor makes it possible to change the nanocrystal composition effectively. Cu

nanocrystals with an optimal composition for solar energy conversion were used to create nanoinks for printing the absorbing layers of solar cells.
