The Evolution Mechanism and Computer Simulation of the Micro-Nano Structure on the Surface of Magnesium Alloy Prepared by Femtosecond Laser

In this paper, the femtosecond laser raster scanning method is used to ablate the surface of AZ31B magnesium alloy. The focus is on the influence of femtosecond laser process parameters on the micro-nano structure of the magnesium alloy surface. Observe the metallographic structure of the sample and calculate the average grain size to be 600nm; then use the scanning electron microscope to further observe the surface and cross-sectional morphology, and analyze the element change and micro-nano structure. Next, use a microhardness tester to test the hardness of the magnesium alloy matrix and the ablation area, the result is 360nm, and then use the white light interference three-dimensional profiler to test the surface roughness of the magnesium alloy, and finally calculate the ablation threshold of the magnesium alloy under different pulse numbers and Ablation rate under different processing parameters.
