Price Determination Method in Electricity Retail Market considering the Voltage-Related Distribution Network Reliability

At present the research on electricity price of electricity retail market is a hot spot. Many factors affecting electricity price in electricity retail market, however, the research associated with the combination of reliability and electricity retail market is seldom studied. The combination of reliability and electricity price is essential for electricity retail market. There are many researches about the reliability of DC distribution network. Reliability of DC distribution network affected by multiple factors. The voltage fluctuation affects the reliability of DC distribution network. In addition, the control mode of DC distribution network and topology structure of DC distribution network also affect reliability in DC distribution network. This paper presents a new method to study electricity retail market and reliability of DC distribution network. The method adds reliability of DC distribution into retail electricity market and recalculates the retail price of the electricity power. Moreover, influence of the control mode and the topology are analyzed in this paper.
