Robust Parameters Based on VSG & Virtual Inductor Design Considering Power Decoupling

Virtual synchronous generator (VSG) technology is a hot spot in current research. However, there are few virtual inductors with robust control parameters and power decoupling. Firstly, the grid connection model based on VSG control is simplified by adding the constraint condition of power loop cutoff frequency. On this basis, the small signal model of VSG grid connection is established. Then the constraint conditions of phase Angle margin, droop coefficient and power loop cutoff frequency are added. Based on the above constraints, robust control parameters of VSG power loop are designed. The design method of virtual inductance is obtained. Finally, a simulation model is built in Matlab to verify the effectiveness of the proposed robust control parameter design method and that the virtual inductance selected by the proposed method can realize the decoupling control of the VSG power loop under the operating conditions of the variable power grid.
