Research on the Implementation Path of Hebei Energy Internet

With the change of development orientation and strategic targets, energy development in Hebei Province needs to enter a new stage of comprehensive upgrade. The construction of Energy Internet can promote the development of energy system in Hebei Province towards a clean, low-carbon, economic and reliable direction, which is conducive to the sustainable development of local economy, society, environment and resources, as well as to be beneficial for the high-quality development of the overall economy including the energy sector. This paper first analyzes the concept and functions of Energy Internet, studies the status quo of Energy Internet development globally and in China, especially in the Hebei province, in order to provide reference for Hebei Energy Internet construction and specific demonstration projects. Based on this, this paper points out that technique, platform, ecology, and market mechanism are the key aspects to facilitate local Energy Internet development, and it proposes an implementation pathway with specific suggestions.
