Research on Automatic Reclosing Device of Low-voltage Circuit Breaker

Aiming at the problem of collective tripping caused by voltage loss or undervoltage fault of 0.4kV low-voltage circuit breaker in each distribution room due to 10kV distribution network tripping, Because the low-voltage circuit breaker does not have automatic reclosing function, as a result, the manual on-site closing is affected by the distribution area of the distribution room, which prolongs the outage time and reduces the reliability of power supply. Taking STM32 as the main control, this paper designs an automatic reclosing device of low-voltage circuit breaker, realizes the function of automatic reclosing of circuit breaker after undervoltage fault trip, and improves the reliability of power supply. The device intelligently researches and judges the fault type of the low-voltage circuit breaker trip by collecting the fault voltage and the fault current, and only recloses under the under-voltage fault, and at the same time establishes a communication mechanism between the working state of the circuit breaker and the operation and maintenance personnel, which greatly improves the low-voltage distribution network the safety and reliability. Experiments show that the device is accurate and easy to implement, and can meet the needs of actual engineering applications.
