Robust State Estimation of Electricity-Gas Integrated Energy System Based on Multi-Time Scale Data Fusion

Due to the natural complementarity of physical characteristics of electricity and natural gas (electricity is easy to transmit and natural gas is easy to store) and the technical support of energy conversion equipment, the electricity-gas integrated energy system (IES) has received widespread attention both domestic and abroad. Heterogeneous energy systems in the integrated energy system have different time scales and therefore possess different dynamic characteristics. In this paper, a coupled mathematical model of the electricity-gas integrated energy system is constructed by considering data fusion of different time scales. To remain consistent capture rate in two systems, linear extrapolation and interpolation are used. In order to fully consider two-way interaction between the electricity and natural gas, a compressor model is studied, and integrated energy systems based on gas turbine (GT) and power to gas (P2G) are built. For the purpose of creating a state estimation model in electricity-gas IES with good robustness, weighted least absolute value (WLAV) is applied during the modeling process. Finally, a simulation example is used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed model.
