Community Charging Stations Planning under Shared Energy Storage Mode: A Stackelberg Game Approach

In order to solve the increasing electric grid load problem due to the travel demand of users, aiming at the charging problem of large-scale electric vehicles in the community, a capacity planning method for community charging stations under the shared energy storage mode based on the Stackelberg Game is proposed in this paper. First of all, the model of community charging stations under the shared energy storage model is introduced; Secondly, we build a Stackelberg Game based on the problem of the charging station's pursuit of the largest investment and construction profit and the user's pursuit of the smallest cost of use, and transform it into a bi-level programming problem for modeling; And use KKT (Karush-Kuhn-Tucker) condition and big M method to transform it into a monolayer mixed integer linear programming problem. Finally, a calculation example is applied to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the charging station capacity planning method. The results show that the capacity-constraining method of Stackelberg game can ensure the rationality of charging station capacity planning and improve the economics of charging station planning.
