Optimal Planning Method of Renewable Power Distribution Network Based on Dynamic Wind and Photovoltaic Power Abandonment

If a certain amount of renewable power generation is reduced every year, the large-scale expansion of the German power grid may be reduced. In this paper, a dynamic optimization method of renewable power abandonment in the distribution network is proposed. In this place, only when the thermal constraint of a certain line is reached can the specific feeding power be limited. The method is particularly directed to reducing the power that leads to thermal limitations. Therefore, it is suggested that the new allocation factor be based on the AC power flow equation. Considering the further growth of renewable power, this paper will analyze the probability of the real high-voltage distribution network in Germany. This method has great potential in reducing and optimizing classical power grid expansion. Germany's power turnover cost can be minimized because the reduced power is less than the transportation abandonment capacity.
