Reliable Electricity Pricing Method of Distribution Network Considering Outage Loss Increment and Differentiated Demand

With the continuous improvement of distribution network power supply reliability and the differentiation of user reliability requirements, distribution network reliability price has become one of the significant directions in electricity price research. First of all, this paper establishes the reliability indexes of distribution network by using the electric energy consumption information, the actual data of distribution network lines and equipments that obtained from different types of end users, then different types of end users are partitioned according to the reliability indexes, and reliability indexes of each power supply zone are calculated. Secondly, combined with the proposed long-term planning investment strategy of distribution network, the maximum outage loss function models of different power supply zones are established and solved by comprehensively considering the unit outage loss, load growth rate, power supply reliability level and the value of expected energy not supplied in each power supply partition. Thirdly, considering the influence of unit power injection at each load point on the investment horizon of distribution network, the outage loss increment is introduced into the long-term incremental cost method, and the regional electricity price of each power supply zone is calculated. Finally, the reliability price of end users is calculated by value engineering theory considering the difference between the users' reliability demand and the reliability level of actual power supply zones.
