Intelligent temperature control of large volume concrete

the era of “Internet of Things, Big Data and Cloud Computing”, artificial intelligence is applied to the construction of large volume concrete projects to establish a multi-disciplinary and multi-technology intelligent control system, with temperature control as the core and stress control in a safe range. The intelligent control system uses high-precision sensors as the sensing medium and machine learning as the core analysis and decision-making. Based on the core data of concrete temperature, stress and strain sensed by the sensors, the data processing methods are improved by empirical algorithms to analyse the concrete performance, enabling the control system to be adjusted autonomously in different environmental contexts, making rational decisions and automatically adjusting the “engineering input values” to ensure high quality construction.
