Coupling Coordinated Analysis of Environmental Regulation and Industrial Structure in Heilongjiang Province

Environmental regulation is an important way to coordinate environmental protection and economic development. In this paper, the coupling model is built to analyze the coupling coordination relationship between the environmental regulation and industrial structure. The results show that from 2002 to 2017, the level of environmental regulation and the rationalization of industrial structure in Heilongjiang Province both show a rising trend, and the coupling coordinated relationship between them has improved to a good level. Finally,some suggestions are put forward in order to improve the coupling and coordination relationship between them.
