Radiation Calculation of Wedge-shaped Leaky-Wave Antenna

In this paper, analytical formulas are deduced to determine the field distribution in a wedge-shaped cylindrical leaky-wave antenna. Using this approach, radiation field can be accordingly evaluated based on the surface field distribution. This model can be an effective and accurate method for designing 2-D beamforming of cylindrical Fabry-Perot leaky-wave antennas.
