High-Resolution Range-Doppler Maps of Moving Targets in Traffic Scene

This paper reports on unique signatures observed in Range-Doppler maps of various moving targets, including pedestrians, pets, bicycles, and vehicles, that can be found in typical complex traffic scenes. The radar data of these targets were collected using a newly developed fully-polarimetric high-resolution instrumentation radar operating at E-band frequencies.
