Robust Frequency Regulation for Islanded Scenic Spot Considering Flexible Loads

In order to promote economic development, according to the relevant urban and rural coordinated development policies, remote countryside which is distant from the metropolis, has been chosen as an ideal place for scenic spot. In this paper, the research focus is on the scenic spot which is considered as an islanded microgrid in which the renewable energy resources offer the main energy supply. Considering the uncertainty of renewable power generation as well as the stochasticity of diverse load access, the considered microgrid system can face serious frequency deviation, thereby an appropriate power regulation is in need. Therefore, a robust control method is proposed to cope with the frequency regulation problem. A pioneering analysis of the frequency regulation via both supply side and demand side is provided, in the sense that control laws are designed on both controllable power generation devices and flexible loads. Besides, in order to profile the stochasticity of the system, we formulate the power dynamics as stochastic differential equations. control issue. The linear matrix inequality approach is utilized to obtain the desired controller. Finally, numerical simulation is implemented to illustrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
