Joint Decision-making of Order Selection and Scheduling in Hybrid Pipeline

Aiming at the problem of order selection and scheduling in mixed assembly line, this paper takes the maximization of the total profit of the workshop as the optimal goal, comprehensively considers the factors such as order priority and finished goods inventory, and constructs a joint decision-making model of production order selection and scheduling, and solves the model by lingo. The results of case study show that the joint decision of order selection and scheduling in mixed assembly line can significantly improve the company's profit, which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
