Computer aided synthesis method for movable soil-blocking plate of micro-cultivator

In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to clean the weeds wrapped by micro-cultivator, the design scheme of movable soil-blocking plate is proposed, and the computer-aided synthesis method of its guiding device is studied. Firstly, the working principle of the movable soil-blocking plate of the micro-cultivator is introduced, and the guidance position information of the soil-blocking plate is given; Secondly, the solution methods of circle curve and center curve are introduced based on Burmester theory. On this basis, a Type Map method based on automatic defect discrimination technology is proposed, and the corresponding design software is developed; Finally, the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the soil-blocking plate guide mechanism including the driving device are analyzed. The results show that the movable soil-blocking plate scheme designed in this study is feasible, and the computer-aided position synthesis method proposed for this design process also has high design efficiency, which can effectively avoid the blindness of selecting the center point in the synthesis calculation.
