Abstract:

Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) culture has been handed down to the present, and it plays a huge role in both treatment and prevention with few side effects. The development from Chinese medicine decoction pieces to Chinese medicine granules provides conditions for automatic dispensing. There are still some problems due to the huge dispensing system and the wide range of technologies involved. For example, path planning is also a key point in Chinese medicine granules dispensing process. A good algorithm can greatly improve Chinese medicine granules dispensing efficiency. Aiming at the dispensing order problem of a Chinese medicine granule dispensing equipment, the dispensing process was transformed into traveling salesman problem (TSP). This paper presents an improved genetic algorithm that is applied to the dispensing process planning. Genetic algorithm (GA) as the core, this paper introduces the basic principle of genetic algorithm. Selection and mutation operation are analyzed and an improved genetic algorithm is proposed. Finally to a Chinese medicine granule dispensing equipment as an instance. Analysis the dispensing process. Simulate the dispensing process. The results show that compared with the traditional genetic algorithm, the improved genetic algorithm can reduce the number of iterations and improve the dispensing efficiency, which has certain advantages.
