Design of a new tubular structure transfer tool

Tubular precision manufacturing products have high production cost and machining accuracy of shape and position tolerance. Once the protection is inadequate in the process of transfer and transportation, it is easy to produce transportation variation, resulting in unqualified products. In particular, the precision manufactured products are removed from the wooden box and other protective devices to the assembly site. In view of the weak protection consciousness of the operators and the complex site environment, often in the process of transfer and transportation, the energy is insufficient, resulting in insufficient protection of cylindrical precision manufactured products in this process. For the safe transfer of cylindrical precision manufacturing products, it is necessary to avoid direct rigid contact and adapt to complex assembly site environment. In the process of transfer and transportation, vibration and impact should be reduced to avoid sudden braking and sharp turning, so as to effectively reduce the vibration acceleration of cylindrical precision manufacturing products and ensure their safety. Therefore, a new type of transfer vehicle with tubular structure is proposed in this paper. It has the advantages of shock absorption and buffering, wide application range, high adaptability to complex road conditions, multi-use, etc.
