Development of a Microfluidic Platform Capable of Measuring Intrinsic Electrical Properties From 1000 Single Cells

This paper presented a micrfluidic platform mainly composed of multiple double T-type constriction microchannels in parallel, enabling measurement of single-cell intrinsic electrical properties. Due to the decoupling of electric pathways with cell travelling, sample sizes of K562 and HL-60 were reached to 1652±490 and 1237±213 respectively, which could meet the requirement of hematology analyzers.
