Research on the Evaluation Index System of the Rational Utilization Rate of Gansu New Energy under the Background of Double-carbon

Under the goal of "double carbon", Gansu new energy consumption is facing a more severe situation.This paper constructs the first, second and third-level evaluation index system of new energy reasonable utilization rate from the three aspects of safety, economy and sustainability of the power grid.Using the theory of comprehensive evaluation, the hierarchy evaluation model of multi-operator level analysis and the corresponding solution method in the weight analysis and index calculation are established.The example show that this method can effectively evaluate the comprehensive attributes of the comprehensive evaluation of power grid operation benefits, so as to provide comparative analysis and guidance for power grid enterprises' reasonable use of new energy and summarize and analyze operation experience.
