It is a power distribution automation system and The Internet of Vehicles platform provides data, and combines the three main factors of load volatility in the distribution transformer station area, electric vehicle charging completion rate, and user charging cost to formulate relevant electric vehicle charging management control strategies to realize the start and stop control of electric vehicle charging piles management. Through the interaction of smart distribution terminals with the Internet of Vehicles platform and electric vehicle charging piles, the utilization rate of distribution network equipment is improved, the investment in the construction of distribution network is delayed, and the cost of electric vehicle charging information collection equipment is reduced.
