Expansion Planning of Active Distribution Network Considering the Impact of Extreme Weather

This paper proposes a new method of active distribution network expansion planning considering natural disasters to solve the problem of natural disasters in the current active distribution network expansion planning research. First, the impact of natural disasters on the power grid is carried out according to the three-state model of grid disasters. Quantify and determine the disaster probability of the grid line as the influencing factor in the extended planning. Then, establish a planning model to optimize the planning problem. Finally, the upper and lower models are solved using binary particle swarm optimization and particle swarm optimization, respectively. An example is used to prove the rationality of the method in this paper.
