Design of Monitoring System of Injection Pump Based on IoT

Aiming at the current medical equipment market demand for information transmission and monitoring system of drug injection pump with low energy consumption and high stability, a wireless remote information transmission system with low cost and high reliability based on Bluetooth low energy (BLE) communication was proposed. The BLE modules are used to build Mesh network in the wireless information sending terminal to expand the transmission distance of a single device. The WiFi modules are used in the relay devices to upload the information transmitted by the terminal to the server. The monitor realizes real-time monitoring of four data, namely injection speed, battery power, remaining dosage and working time through the web page. The system can transmit data and information safely and reliably with low packet loss rate for a long time and low delay, saving manpower consumption effectively.
