Because the fuel cost is high and the resources also going to decrease. So people have to move on to electric vehicles. Initially, but the cost of electric vehicle adaptation in India is high only, but after implementation, the overall cost is definitely less than fuel vehicles. In electric vehicle a significant part of the energy used to control vehicles doesn't go towards pushing the vehicle ahead however is rather scattered to the Surrounding Environment. One space of energy misfortune is through the rehashed deformity or outspread flexure of the tires of the vehicle because of the heaviness of the vehicle. In the event that the lost energy can be recovered, the recovered energy might be utilized to drive the vehicle or be used to power auxiliary components. For that purpose, here introduce our new electric vehicle model with self - charging system. In this method, the power will be generated from the vehicle wheel using the generator and it is stored in the battery, it will be used for vehicle running. So there is no need for a charging station for this method. The proposed technique's design model is developed in MATLAB/SIMULINK and the simulation results will be illustrated.
