Application of Artificial Intelligence in Large-scale International Wushu (Taolu) Events

In parallel with China’s high-quality economic development, the country is accelerating its efforts to build an innovative and scientific powerhouse. In 2017, the State Council issued the “New Generation of Artificial Intelligence Development Plan” (Guo Fa [2017] No. 35), proposing a "three-step" strategic goal: the first step is to exceed 150 billion yuan in AI core scale by 2020, driving the scale of related industries to exceed 1 trillion yuan. The second step is to 2025, the core scale of artificial intelligence will exceed 400 billion yuan, driving the scale of related industries more than 5 trillion yuan. The third step is that by 2030, the core size of artificial intelligence will exceed 1 trillion yuan. With the rise of a strong sports nation as a national strategy, the development of the sports event industry has also ushered in a golden period. With good development trends in the internationalization of wushu, under the organization of the International Wushu Federation, there have been large international wushu tournaments such as World Wushu Championships, World Junior Wushu Championships, Taolu World Cup, World Kungfu Championships, etc. In the new era, exploring how to fully optimize these types of events through artificial intelligence technology is conducive to enhancing international friendship, spreading and exchanging Chinese wushu culture, as well as the innovative development of wushu event industry.
