Research on Correction Method of Acceleration Sensor Temperature Drift

Borehole measuring instruments are widely used in coal mine gas drainage and directional drilling. In recent years， in the process of wind drilling for soft coal seams, the inclinometer is affected by the friction between the wind motor and the drill pipe, and the temperature of the inclinometer is higher, which reduces the measurement accuracy of the inclinometer. In this paper, the temperature drift correction work is done for the magnetoresistive sensor and the gravity acceleration sensor in the measurement part of the inclinometer, so that the system can still meet the accuracy requirements when working at high temperatures. According to the simulation, the measurement results at high temperature are consistent with the measurement accuracy at room temperature, which meets the accuracy requirements of inclinometer products.
