Design and Development of Power System Control Test Bench for New Energy Vehicles

With the development of the new energy vehicle industry, the number of new energy vehicles is increasing year by year, maintenance and technical personnel are facing a large gap, domestic universities and colleges gradually set up new energy vehicle technology related courses, but more stay in theory, practice is insufficient, so there is an urgent need for relevant supporting training resources. At present, there are few new energy vehicle teaching experiment tables supporting real vehicles on the market, and such devices have high cost, simple structure, insufficient function development corresponding to real operation skills, and low cost performance. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to independently design a cost-effective training teaching platform for new energy vehicles that can simultaneously meet the functions of component identification, control principle display, detection and troubleshooting. This experimental bench is based on BAIC EV160 electric vehicle. The core structure and functions are reasonably installed on the experimental bench, which is more convenient to use and practical. It has a high degree of fit with the course practice operation project, and can comprehensively achieve the cultivation of students' knowledge and skills.
