Research and Implementation of IoT Secure Element Testing Software Based on SPI Interface

This paper studies and implements the IoT SE testing software based on the SPI interface by building a hardware system, which can be used to test the stability of random input, the limit transceiving time, the capability for the clock frequency, response efficiency, etc.The software meets the requirements of the security chip field and provides a feasible solution for research and evaluation of the performance of the Internet of Things SE.
