Development of 66kV R PIN ground potential puller for tower

With the rapid development of smart grid, live maintenance is particularly important. In order to solve the problem that the R-type spring pin at the insulator conductor end of 66kV transmission line linear pole and tower can not be pulled and inserted live at ground potential, and live operation such as insulator replacement can not be carried out. Based on the principles of hydraulic pressure, gear and Jack, this paper puts forward three new development schemes of extractor, analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the three schemes from the aspects of efficiency, economy and safety, and develops a new extractor. The practical test shows that the plug-in device developed in this paper can reduce the potential safety hazards, reduce the labor intensity of operators, and improve the safety and reliability of power grid.
