Studies on Calibration of Blood Coagulation Analyzer

Blood coagulation analyzer is widely used in medical institutions. This article presents a novel design of calibration method for the essential metrological parameters of blood coagulation analyzer, such as "relative indication error of FIB", "repeatability", "concentration carryover rate", "linear correlation coefficient of FIB", and "temperature deviation", by studying the working principle of the device. The procedure as well as the selected reference and quality control materials are proved to be qualified for the calibration requirements of blood coagulation analyzer by performing calibration experiment on 8 typical types of blood coagulation analyzers, which is of great importance for the quality control and establishment of metrological traceability system of the device.
