Research on the Evaluation and Prediction Method of Solar-powered UAV Energy and Electrical System Health State Based on DBN

This paper focused on solar-powered UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) as the research object, carries out the application research of its energy and electrical system health state monitoring and redundancy design. As a new kind of long-endurance UAV, the solar-powered UAV has the advantages of ultra-long flight time and can conduct continuous aerial reconnaissance and surveillance in the high-altitude field day and night. It is currently the key type of UAV development in the world. The UAV system is a typical multi-level system composed of various subsystems, equipment, components, etc. distributed in the air and on the ground. The main function of the energy and electrical subsystem is to collect solar energy and convert it into electrical energy to provide other subsystems. At the same time, it is the electrical integration part of UAV system. Solar-powered UAV keep an ultra-long time in the air, and at the same time they have to face the rapidly changing climate at high altitudes. Therefore, real-time monitoring of the health state of solar-powered UAV is extremely important. In this paper, the health status of energy and electrical system of solar UAV is monitored in real time, and carries out a redundant design to compare with the health status of the original system.
