MICROGRID DIGITAL TWIN FOR ADVANCED OPERATION SERVICES

The exploration study reported in this paper demonstrates how a microgrid simulation framework dedicated to research and development and design tool for microgrid energy management solutions can be reused in operation, as a digital twin of the real microgrid to provide additional services. The key challenges of such an extension are quickly listed and three examples of services are proposed.
