Research on Design and Optimization Technology of Mine-used Multi-output Intrinsically Safe Power Supply

Underground conditions in coal mines are complex, the environment is harsh and the power supply voltage fluctuates greatly. Traditional linear power supplies are large and inefficient and no longer meet the power requirements of low-voltage equipment such as underground monitoring and surveillance and sensors. This paper first analyses the design requirements as well as the structure of an intrinsically safe power supply. The PWM control chip NCP1207 with soft-start and quasi-resonant functions is used to optimise the design of the multiple output circuits in the intrinsically safe power supply in order to further improve the quality and safety of the intrinsically safe power supply.
