Design of Control System for Heating Furnace based on Variable Domain Fuzzy Control

In view of the characteristic of typical distributed parameters and complex modeling of the control system of rolling furnace, the variable domain fuzzy control algorithm is adopted. A fuzzy control strategy for rolling furnace under complex working conditions is proposed, the process state of rolling furnace is analyzed, the selection method of scaling factor under different errors is designed. The simulation results show that, the design of the control system improves the accuracy, and the overshoot is smaller, dynamic response performance is better.
