Optimal Method of Distribution Network Maintenance Plan Considering Load Transfer and Network Reconfiguration

The optimization of the power distribution network maintenance plan plays an important role in improving the power supply reliability of the power distribution network. On the basis of the load transfer and the network reconstruction, a double-level optimization model for the maintenance plan was established with the goal of achieving the economic optimization. The upper level of optimization aimed at the minimum total maintenance cost, and took maintenance resource constraints, maintenance time constraints, simultaneous maintenance and mutually exclusive maintenance constraints as the boundary conditions in order to optimize the maintenance time. The lower level of optimization aimed at the minimum outage load in each maintenance period and adopted the generalized Benders decomposition algorithm to solve the problem, forming the plan for load transfer and load shedding. Namely, the power distribution network was reconstructed. Through the alternating iterations between upper layers and lower layers, the solution space was continuously narrowed until the optimal maintenance plan was obtained. The PG & E69 node system was taken as an example for the simulation analysis, and the results showed that the proposed maintenance plan has better economic efficiency and can effectively reduce the total maintenance cost.
